LICENSING

H&F Services is a licensed remodeling contractor. When permits or inspections are required for your project, we obtain all necessary permits and coordinate required inspections in accordance with local building codes and regulations.

INSURANCE

H&F Services maintains current General Liability Insurance to help protect our clients and their property throughout the remodeling process. We believe in complete transparency and are pleased to provide our current Certificate of General Liability Insurance for your review.

EPA LEAD SAFE CERTIFIED

H&F Services is proud to be an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm. This certification demonstrates our commitment to protecting our customers, their families, and our employees when working in homes and buildings that may contain lead-based paint. Our team follows EPA-approved Lead-Safe Work Practices designed to minimize the spread of lead dust during renovation, repair, and painting activities. This helps create a safer environment while ensuring work is performed in compliance with federal regulations. When your project involves a home or child-occupied facility built before 1978, you can have confidence knowing H&F Services has the training, certification, and procedures necessary to complete the work safely and responsibly.
